Maximum age as on 30th September: 4 years, 11 months and 29 days

KG 2:

Minimum age as on 31st March: 4 years and 5 months
Maximum age as on 30th September: 5 years, 11 months and 29 days

• Two Passport-size photos
• QID and Passport of child, father, and mother
• Birth Certificate
• Vaccination card
• Hamad Medical Corporation Health Card
• Photocopies of the documents mentioned above
• Duly filled admission form
